Live nowPrinterFlo WooCommerce integration
Run your storefront on WordPress? The free PrinterFlo plugin sends every paid WooCommerce order straight onto your production board — items, quantities, product options, customer details and totals included — so web orders start moving without re-keying. Working today.
What the WooCommerce integration does
- → Paid WooCommerce orders appear on your PrinterFlo board automatically as sales orders.
- → Line items carry product add-ons and personalization details; shipping and discounts come across too.
- → Customers are matched by email or created — no duplicates.
- → One free plugin, one key: quote form, web-to-print designer and order sync together.
How it works
- 1
Install the plugin
In WordPress, go to Plugins → Add New and search “PrinterFlo” — free on the WordPress.org directory.
- 2
Turn on order sync
Under Settings → PrinterFlo, paste your embed key and tick “Send paid WooCommerce orders to my PrinterFlo production board.”
- 3
Sell and produce
Every paid order lands on your board as a sales order, ready for production.

WooCommerce integration — FAQ
Does PrinterFlo have a WooCommerce plugin?
Yes — the free PrinterFlo plugin on WordPress.org includes opt-in WooCommerce order sync. When an order is paid, it lands on your PrinterFlo production board with items, customer and totals.
Do I need WooCommerce, or just WordPress?
Order sync needs WooCommerce. Without it, the same plugin still gives you the quote form and the web-to-print designer on any WordPress site.
Which orders get sent?
Orders that reach Processing (paid) or Completed. It's opt-in — nothing is sent until you turn it on — and each order syncs exactly once.
