PrinterFlo has a verified community node for n8n, so a workflow can fire the moment a quote, order or payment happens in your shop, and n8n can create quotes, orders and customers back in PrinterFlo from anything else it connects to. It is published on n8n Cloud — search PrinterFlo in the nodes panel — and installs on self-hosted n8n too. The package has two nodes: PrinterFlo and PrinterFlo Trigger.
What the n8n integration does
- → PrinterFlo Trigger: start a workflow when a quote or order is created, an order changes stage, a customer is added, an invoice is created, or a payment is recorded.
- → PrinterFlo node: create quotes, orders and customers, attach artwork to an order, and read quotes, orders, customers, invoices and payments.
- → Verified by n8n, so on n8n Cloud it shows in the nodes panel with the shield badge — nothing to install by hand.
- → Runs on self-hosted n8n as well, added from Settings → Community nodes.
- → The PrinterFlo node can also be used as a tool by n8n's AI Agent.
How it works

Add the node
On n8n Cloud, open the nodes panel, search PrinterFlo and add it — it is verified. On self-hosted n8n, go to Settings → Community nodes and install n8n-nodes-printerflo.

Create a PrinterFlo API key
In PrinterFlo, open Settings → API & Zapier and create a key. It starts with pfl_live_ and is shown once, so copy it. Each key belongs to one shop and can be revoked in the same place.

Connect and build
In n8n, make a PrinterFlo API credential and paste the key. Then start a workflow from a PrinterFlo trigger, or call the PrinterFlo node from any workflow to create a quote, order or customer.

Does PrinterFlo work with n8n?
Yes. PrinterFlo has a verified community node, n8n-nodes-printerflo. On n8n Cloud it is in the nodes panel — search PrinterFlo — and on self-hosted n8n you add it from Settings → Community nodes.
What can I automate?
A website or email form into a PrinterFlo quote for pricing. An order reaching 'complete' into a text or email telling the customer it is ready for pickup. Every payment appended to a Google Sheet. Or files from your own upload app into PrinterFlo as a new order with the artwork attached.
How does the trigger work?
It polls PrinterFlo on the schedule you set, every minute by default. Nothing that existed before you turn the workflow on fires — the first poll just marks where to start — and each new record fires once.
Where do I get the API key?
In PrinterFlo under Settings → API & Zapier. Create a key (it starts with pfl_live_), copy it once, and paste it into a PrinterFlo API credential in n8n. You can revoke it any time from the same screen.
Cloud or self-hosted?
Both. The node is published and verified on n8n Cloud, and it installs as a community node on self-hosted n8n.
