Connect to QuickBooks
In PrinterFlo, go to Settings → QuickBooks and click Connect to QuickBooks. Sign in with Intuit, pick your company and approve. No keys to copy, and PrinterFlo never sees your QuickBooks login.

Check your tax codes
PrinterFlo picks up your QuickBooks sales-tax codes (for example HST ON) when you connect. Settings → QuickBooks shows which codes your taxable and tax-exempt lines use; change them there if your accountant prefers others.

Invoice as normal
Quote, produce and invoice in PrinterFlo. Each invoice appears in QuickBooks with its customer, lines and tax. Edit or void it in PrinterFlo and QuickBooks follows.

Record payments either side
Payments you record in PrinterFlo post to the QuickBooks invoice. Payments entered in QuickBooks come back into PrinterFlo every hour.

Disconnect any time
Settings → QuickBooks → Disconnect from QuickBooks ends the connection and revokes PrinterFlo's access. Everything already in QuickBooks stays.

Does PrinterFlo integrate with QuickBooks Online?
Yes — natively, and it's live today. Invoices, customers and payments created in PrinterFlo sync to your QuickBooks Online company automatically, with matching invoice numbers and your own sales-tax codes applied per line.
How do I connect it?
Settings → QuickBooks → Connect to QuickBooks. You sign in on intuit.com and approve — PrinterFlo never sees your QuickBooks login. Tax codes are detected automatically, so most shops are syncing in under a minute.
What about invoices I made before connecting?
Everything you invoice after connecting syncs on its own. Older invoices stay in PrinterFlo until you send them: open one and click Sync to QuickBooks. There's no bulk import, so you pick which ones go. If that invoice already had payments recorded, a Send earlier payments button then offers to post them too. PrinterFlo never sends those by itself, so nothing lands twice if you already entered them in QuickBooks.
Does it handle Canadian taxes like HST?
Yes. PrinterFlo detects your QuickBooks tax codes (for example HST ON) when you connect and applies them per line item, so QuickBooks calculates tax exactly the way your accountant expects.

What happens if I disconnect?
