Website
In betaWebflow quote form for sign and print shops
Your website is where customers ask for quotes, and PrinterFlo is where you price and produce them. The PrinterFlo app for Webflow adds your shop's PrinterFlo quote request form, or the channel letter designer, to any page from inside the Webflow Designer: paste your embed key, choose what to add, and it's placed as an element you can move and style. Requests your customers send arrive in PrinterFlo as new quotes, with what they asked for. The app is in review for the Webflow Apps marketplace; until it's approved, you can paste the embed snippet from PrinterFlo's Settings into a Code Embed element.
What the Webflow integration does
- → Add the PrinterFlo quote request form to any page from the Webflow Designer, without touching code.
- → Sign shops can add the channel letter designer too: customers style a lit sign and send it as a request.
- → Requests arrive in PrinterFlo as new quotes for your shop, ready to price and send back.
- → It's placed as ordinary Designer elements (a Div Block with the form inside), so you can move, resize and restyle it like anything else.
- → No script is added to your site: the form is your shop's own PrinterFlo page, shown in an iframe.
- → A "Powered by PrinterFlo" line under the designer is optional and off unless you tick it.
How it works
- 1
Turn on your quote form in PrinterFlo
In PrinterFlo, open Settings → Integrations → Website embeds, turn them on, and copy the embed key or the snippet.
- 2
Add it in the Webflow Designer
Once Webflow approves the app: install PrinterFlo from the Webflow Apps marketplace, open it in the Designer, select a Section, paste your key, choose the quote form or the designer, and press Add to page.
- 3
Publish and quote
Publish your Webflow site. Requests from the form arrive in PrinterFlo as new quotes; price them and send them back from PrinterFlo.
Best for
Sign, print and wide-format shops whose website is built on Webflow and whose quoting lives in PrinterFlo.
Webflow integration — FAQ
Does PrinterFlo work with Webflow?
Yes. The PrinterFlo app for Webflow adds your PrinterFlo quote request form or channel letter designer to a page from the Webflow Designer. The app is in review for the Webflow Apps marketplace; until it's approved, the embed snippet from PrinterFlo's Settings works in a Webflow Code Embed element.
What does the app add to my site?
A Div Block holding an iframe of your shop's PrinterFlo form, from app.printerflo.com. It adds no script to your site and changes nothing else on the page.
Where do the requests go?
Into your PrinterFlo account, as new quotes with the customer's details and what they asked for, the same as requests from the form anywhere else.
Does it need access to my Webflow account?
Only the Designer, while you use it on a page: it places the elements you ask for and reads nothing else. It doesn't use the Webflow Data API or store any Webflow data.
How do I remove it?
Delete the PrinterFlo Embed element from the page, like any element, and uninstall the app if you wish. Turning the quote form off in PrinterFlo also stops it.
