Sign Shop Invoice Template
A print-ready invoice template for sign shops: deposit-aware totals, install address block, payment methods, and the retention-of-title line most generic templates leave out.
Free, no signup. The HTML opens in any browser or editor — put your shop's name and details in, print, done.
Sign invoices differ from generic ones in three places. First, the deposit: most sign jobs collected 50% up front, so the invoice must show the deposit received and the balance due — an invoice for the full amount after a deposit was paid causes exactly the phone call you'd expect. Second, the ship-to/install address is often not the billing address. Third, the quiet line that matters: the sign remains the shop's property until paid in full.
This template handles all three, plus a due date that's impossible to miss and a payment-methods block, because the fastest way to get paid is to make paying easy.

- → Separate bill-to and ship/install-at blocks
- → Prominent due-date banner
- → Payment methods block (e-transfer/ACH, cheque, card)
- → Retention-of-title and late-fee terms pre-written
Sign Shop Invoice Template — FAQ
How do I invoice when a deposit was already paid?
Show the full job value, then the deposit as a credit line, then the balance due. Invoicing only the balance loses the record of the job's real value; invoicing the full amount without the credit gets you an angry call. The template's totals block does it the right way.
When should a sign shop send the invoice?
The day the job ships or installs — not the end of the month. If you offer net-30 terms, the clock starts at the invoice date, so late invoicing is an interest-free loan you didn't agree to make.
What is a retention-of-title clause?
A line stating the goods remain the shop's property until paid in full. It changes your leverage on a non-paying account, and it costs one sentence on the invoice — which is why it's pre-written on this one.

In PrinterFlo the quote writes the work order, the customer approves the proof from a no-login link, and the invoice knows about the deposit — every document on this page, generated from one record.
