Head to head
ShopVOX vs CoreBridge
The two names every growing sign shop shortlists — and the difference is how much company you are running, not how many features you get.
This is the comparison sign shops actually run, often in the same forum thread as Cyrious. Both are full shop-management suites, both cover quoting through invoicing, and both will do the job. Feature checklists will not separate them.
What separates them is weight. CoreBridge is built around a defined chain — sales hands to design, design hands to production — and it suits a shop with those as separate roles and separate people. ShopVOX is more configurable and less prescriptive, which is freedom if you have someone to configure it and a burden if you do not.
Both are priced and implemented as systems you commit to. Neither is a decision you unwind quickly, which is why the exit question is worth asking before you sign rather than after: ShopVOX exports leave line items and notes behind, CoreBridge exports cleanly.
What you actually get
ShopVOX
The established all-in-one shop management suite for sign & print.
Larger, established shops with a dedicated admin who can invest weeks learning a deep, configuration-heavy system.
Where shops get stuck
- → Dense, dated UI — lots of clicks and screens to do simple things.
- → Long onboarding; users report months learning product templates, often with paid training.
- → Pricing climbs quickly with users and add-ons — long-time customers report steep increases.
- → Fixed workflow — your shop adapts to its stages, not the other way around.
CoreBridge
Cloud ERP for sign & print shops, from the Cyrious family.
Mid-size shops that want ERP depth (accounting, purchasing, multi-location) and have the budget and patience to implement it.
Where shops get stuck
- → ERP-grade setup and onboarding before you see value.
- → Workflow configuration is heavyweight — changing how your shop runs is a project.
- → Pricing sized for established shops, not a 2–10 person team.
- → Automation options are limited compared to what modern tools attach to custom stages.
Which should you choose?
Choose ShopVOX if…
You want maximum configurability and have an admin who will own it — and you accept a longer setup for a system that bends to your shop.
Choose CoreBridge if…
You are big enough to have real handoffs between sales, design and production, and you want software that enforces them rather than leaving it to habit.
Choose PrinterFlo if…
You want what both of them do on the money side without running a department to keep it fed — and you would rather your production board batch by material than by which column a card sits in.
ShopVOX vs CoreBridge — FAQ
Is CoreBridge the same company as Cyrious?
They are under common ownership and are sold separately. Worth knowing when you compare them: you are choosing between two products with a shared parent, so the roadmap and pricing questions are the same questions.
Which is harder to leave?
ShopVOX, on the evidence of its exports — shops moving off it report line items and notes missing from the export, so history has to be rebuilt by hand. CoreBridge exports are usable. It is a fair thing to test during a trial rather than discover later.
We are a five-person shop. Are these overkill?
Often, yes. Both are built for shops with dedicated roles, and a five-person shop usually pays in setup time and unused modules for capability it will not reach. That is the gap SignTracker fills at the light end and PrinterFlo fills without giving up real quoting.
There is a third option
PrinterFlo prices your materials properly, writes each job's production checklist from the quote, and lets your customer approve the proof and pay the deposit from one link. No workflow to configure first.
