Sign Quote Form

A quote request form made for sign and print shops. Your customers tell you the type of sign, the size, the material and how many they need, and they can attach their artwork. You get an email for each request, and every request waits for you in your Wix dashboard.

What your customers fill in

• The type of sign, from your own list (yard signs, banners, window graphics and so on).
• The size, as a width and height in inches, feet, centimeters or millimeters, and the quantity.
• The material, from your own list, with "Not sure" for customers who don't know.
• A needed-by date and any details: wording, colors, one or two sided, where it goes, installation.
• Up to 5 artwork files of up to 50 MB each: PDF, AI, EPS, SVG, PSD, PNG, JPG, TIFF or ZIP.
• Their name and email, plus their phone number and company if you want to ask for them.

What you get

• An email for each request with every detail. Your site sends it through a Wix automation that you can edit or turn off.
• A Quote requests page in your Wix dashboard, newest first, with search and a status filter.
• A page for each request with the sign details, the customer's contact details, private download links for the artwork, and a status you set: new, quoted, won, lost or spam.
• The customer added to your site's Contacts, or matched to the contact that already has their email.

Set it up

1. Add Sign Quote Form to your site from the Wix App Market. The form is placed on your page.
2. In the editor, click the form, then Settings, to set your types of sign, materials, units, extra fields, heading, button text, thank-you message, colors and font.
3. Publish your site. Requests start arriving in your dashboard under Sign Quote Form.

Privacy

Sign Quote Form collects only what a visitor types into the form and the files they attach: their name and email, their phone number and company if your form asks for them, the sign details, and the page the form was sent from. All of it is stored on your own Wix site: the request in your site's CMS, in the collection "Sign quote requests"; the files as private files in your Media Manager; and the customer in your site's Contacts. Wix sends you the email about each request through an automation on your site.

The app's code runs on Wix's servers, where it adds the customer to your Contacts and starts the email. PrinterFlo, the maker of the app, never receives this information on its own systems, and does not store, sell or share it. The form sets no cookies and does no tracking. Wix hosts and processes the data under its own terms and privacy policy. Only you and the people you give access to your site can see the requests and open the files, and you can edit or delete any request, file or contact from your dashboard at any time.

Sign Quote Form is free to install and use, with no plans, no account and nothing to buy. It is provided as is, without warranties. You are responsible for the requests your site receives, for replying to your customers, and for handling their information lawfully. We may update the app, change what it does, or stop offering it. The Wix Terms of Use also apply to your use of Wix and the App Market.
